So I didn't move forward with this blog, because I just didn't have the time to maintain it. This is mainly due to the fact that I want to avoid providing any false information to the public. I wish this blog to maintain a certain level of credibility. I believe I will be expanding the subject matter from just Marijuana, because recently I received a lot of questions about different drugs from the youth of the internet. It made me realize there aren't many place where people can find straight answers to their questions about drugs. I believe this is the most dangerous part of the drug culture. Our government has spent so much time telling everyone this stuff is bad and not to do it, that they forgot to educate the youth (which will do it regardless) on how to stay safe while doing them. It's like a gun in the household. Do you tell your kid "don't ever touch my gun!" and then hide it loaded in your sock drawer and go on with your life? I believe it is probably more responsible to teach the kid how to use the gun, how it works, and point out how to stay safe while using one. That way they understand the dangers of the gun, the power of it, and how to be responsible with it.
It is by this philosophy that I feel compelled to start this blog up for real this time. I will explore all the popular and more obscure drugs. Everything I will post will be based off of personal experiences, friend's experiences, scientific data, and credible news sources. If something is opinion and not fact, I will point it out. I want this blog to remain as responsible as possible, because it is dealing with a serious topic.
The truth of the matter is that the "War on Drugs" is even more pointless than the "War on Terror". Once again it is an unseen enemy, which is better fought with education than with armed forces busting down doors. I am not advocating anyone takes drugs, however I understand that a lot of people will regardless of what I write on here. I am still alive today, because I was smart and researched every drug I have taken in my past BEFORE I took them. This is something that I do advocate to people. If you have made up your mind you are going to do a drug, at least research it and learn a little more about it. After all almost every drug can be used responsibly as long as you know the facts.
Look for my first post in the upcoming few days.
